Musselwhite Piano Services is now a Yamaha Music Canada Authorized Warranty Service Centre/Depot for Yamaha Acoustic Pianos, Disklaviers and Hybrid pianos. We are also qualified to service Bosendorfer pianos as well and have access to genuine Yamaha and Bosendorfer parts direct from the manufacturer or distributor.
Yamaha Pianos carry a ten year warranty for manufacturer defects and Yamaha Disklavier and Hybrid pianos have a five year warranty on their components. If you feel you require warranty service please let me know and I’ll be more than happy to come check out your instrument and advise you on the next step. I work closely with St. John’s Music, Calgary’s Yamaha dealer and Giovanni Music in Edmonton, the Bosendorfer dealer for Alberta.
As a trained technician I am also qualified to tune and service your Yamaha piano, Disklavier or Hybrid and perform additional regulation and voicing as required.
All pianos require regulation (adjustment) and voicing during their life to keep them in top condition. While some of this is always checked and minor adjustments made at every tuning, periodically more intense service to preserve the touch and tone are required. As a Yamaha Authorized Warranty Service Centre we can help you get the most from your Yamaha piano even if the service is not covered under the warranty.
